I read this and went OH I GET IT about atproto (the thing that powers Bluesky, among others)

Part of a cluster on human effort, vibe coding (vibe...outreach?) and how we read things when the reliability of prior signals (like, idk, a whole fancy website) changes.

Writing is hard! Thinking is hard. Having an LLM do it for you, when you're using writing as a tool of communication, circumvents the point.

At one point this week I managed to have this article open in three different tabs.

Everything happens so much. This is a clear-eyed, practical-advice take on the LLM/AI assistant culture shock hitting engineering teams of many kinds right now.

Another explicitly non-hype, non-doom view that still begins from the premise that it's an enormous and complex change.
